If you are experiencing a crash please try the following steps:

Review System Requirements:
- Check your system against our minimum requirements here. Make sure your CPU meets the standards.
- Please be aware that if you do not meet any of the requirements we will not be able to ensure Slime Rancher 2 will be able to run on your system.

Reinstall the Game:
- Uninstall and reinstall Slime Rancher 2.

Update your drivers and operating system:
- Nvidia: https://www.nvidia.com/
- AMD: https://www.amd.com/support
- Check for pending Operating System updates.

Driver Corruption:
- Uninstall the GPU driver in safe boot before reinstalling or use a third-party application to remove graphic drivers completely.

Remove Conflicting Software:
- Run a full virus scan.
- Disable startup applications via Task Manager.
- Uninstall unnecessary applications.

If the crash stops, gradually start to restore processes, and when you see the issue again you can narrow it down to what the conflict is.
If issues persist, please submit a support request with a detailed description and your troubleshooting steps so far.
- If the game crashes past the start menu, please make sure to include your player.log file.
- For crashes before the start menu or if you experience system-level crashes (your computer restarting), provide your DxDiag information instead.
