The Player.log and Player-prev.log files may contain information about issues with your game sessions and are very useful for us to troubleshoot any problems you might be experiencing.
You can find these logs by following these steps:
1. Open a folder. You can do this by searching for File Explorer and clicking Open
2. In the address bar, type or paste "%appdata%/../LocalLow/MonomiPark/SlimeRancher2" without the quotes in the search field and press the Enter key
3. You should see something like the following:
Upload / attach both of those files to your Support Ticket which you can send by selecting the option to submit a request below this article.
