I’m not seeing the new weather and slimes

I’ve been playing for a while but have not seen any weather yet.

Weather in the game starts occurring based on the in-game days since updating to version 0.3.0 and up.

A few things to be aware of:

• Weather will not appear in Rainbow Fields until the middle of the second day.
• Weather will not appear in Starlight Strand and Ember Valley until after 2 days from first entering those zones.
• Weather should start appearing in Powderfall Bluffs at any time after discovery. 

Remember, weather is a dynamic system; it doesn’t follow a preset schedule and can be somewhat random.

Check your map

Weather icons and severity will display for each region, so check your map if you’re looking for a specific type of weather.

I can’t find the Dervish or Tangle Slimes during the weather

These slimes only appear in the most extreme forms of weather and are therefore a bit rare. To find Dervish Slimes, keep an eye out for cyclones when it is extremely windy. To find Tangle Slimes, look out for pollen clouds and vines during heavy pollen weather.

To aid your search, the world map displays icons that indicate the current weather in each zone.
