Please reinstall the game client if you run into an issue with starting up the client on Epic. Please also note that you may need to restart your system as well.
If you continue to have issue, please reach out with a help ticket so we can investigate further.
We are also aware of another issue where it's looking in a different folder for save files on Epic, so it shows saves as missing. We are looking into this, but for now you can manually copy your original saves to the new folder following this guide:
